JUDGMENT [ 1 ] The petitioner British Columbia Civil Liberties Association seeks to intervene in files 500-09-021440-110 and 500-09- 021457-114, pursuant to art. 211 C.C.P. [ 2 ] The petitioner has not demonstrated that its proposed intervention would be useful to the Court or shed a new light on the issues at stake, considering the arguments that will be put forward by the parties, who are all well-represented, and by the three intervenors who have already been authorized to present written submissions to the Court.
