P-34.1) ______________________________________________________________________ [ 1 ] The Director of Youth Protection demands the review of the decision rendered on August 30, 2011, concerning X, born on […], 1995. [ 2 ] The parents and the teenager are present, only the teenager is represented. [ 3 ] CONSIDERING the admissions of the parents and the teenager; [ 4 ] CONSIDERING the agreement of all the parties, as for the measures recommended; [ 5 ] The Court is convinced that the measures agreed upon are in the teenager best interest and respect his rights; [ 6 ] FOR THESE MOTIVES, THE COURT: [ 7 ] GRANTS the demand; [ 8 ] MAINTAINS that the security and development of the teenager are in danger; [ 9 ] REVIEWS the decision rendered on August 30, 2011; [ 10 ] ORDERS the implementation of the measures included in the draft agreement, annexed to the present judgement, more specifically the measures applicable listed in subparagraphs 3.1 to 3.5; [ 11 ] ORDERS any police officer to collaborate to the execution of the foster care measure, if requested to do so, by the Director of Youth Protection; [ 12 ] ENTRUTS the situation of the child to the Director of Youth Protection for the purpose of executing the measures included in the draft agreement.
