Nadia Samy Clerk JUDGMENT [ 1 ] I am of the view that there is no valid reason to grant this motion for leave to appeal. [ 2 ] The sole recourse left to the petitioners is to seek leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada regarding the June 11, 2013 judgment of the Superior Court, affirmed by the Court of Appeal on November 14, 2013 ( 2013 QCCA 1977 ).
Such a motion is now pending before the Supreme Court, file no. 35753. [ 3 ] Finally, I am informed that the City does not intend to move the petitioners’ trailer/mobile home before June 30 th , 2014 and does not insist on costs. [ 4 ] If leave to the Supreme Court is denied, I strongly advised the petitioners to move the trailer/mobile home before that date to avoid additional costs and inconveniences. [ 5 ] FOR THESE REASONS : [ 6 ] The motion is DISMISSED , without costs. PIERRE J. DALPHOND, J.A.
