Mr. Charles Cotesworth Pinckney moved that the Masters Report made and filed in this Cause might be read which was ordered and done accordingly and the Court did further Order and decree that [The above sentence is unfinished and pages 82-85, inclusive, are blank. The gap can be partially filled, however, from a surviving decree for the following suit, which cites the bill filed on June 9, 1774, by Sir Thomas Frankland.
