Per Curiam. Upon all the facts, and under the circumstances demonstrated, we find no compelling reason to disturb Special Term’s exercise of discretion in changing the place of trial to Broome County, upon the new motion permitted by our prior decision (20 A D 2d 614). Order affirmed, with $75 costs. Gibson, P. J., Herlihy, Reynolds, Aulisi and Hamm, JJ., concur.
