The committee is to be established within 60 days after the Bill gets Royal Assent and must report to the two Ministers within eight months after its establishment. The committee’s re port must make reco m- mendations on the following: Le projet de loi exige du ministre des Transports, du ministre de la Sécurité communautaire et des Services correctionnels et du commissaire de la Police provinciale de l’Ontario qu’ils const i- tuent un comité consultatif pour analyser la gestion des incidents de la route et élaborer un programme général visant à l’améliorer. Le comité doit être constitué au plus tard 60 jours après que le projet de loi reçoit la sanction royale et doit faire rapport aux deux ministres dans les huit mois suivant sa const i- tution.
