Le projet de loi édicte la Loi de 2005 sur la protection contre les installations de culture intérieure de drogues illicites. The Act provides regulation-making and other powers with respect to buildings or structur es located in territory without municipal organization. With modifications, the powers are similar to those of a municipality and others with respect to buildings or structures located in a municipality. La Loi accorde des pouvoirs, notamment des pouvoirs de ré- glementation, à l’égard des bâtiments ou des constructions situés dans un territoire non érigé en m unicipalité. A deficiency is substantial only if it con- stitutes a substantial impairment to the use, value or safety o f the motor vehicle. The consumer has the option to require the manufacturer to repurchase the motor vehicle or, at no cost to the consumer, to provide the consumer with a replacement for the motor vehicle and to transfer to the consumer clear title to the replacement. I f the consumer requires the manufacturer to repurchase the moto r vehicle, the repurchase price is the price that the consumer pai d for it, less a reasonable allowance for depreciation in the value of the vehicle from the time of purchase to the timBill 192, 37-3—
