Le projet de loi édicte une nouvelle loi intitulée Loi de 2011 sur Ontario One Call. Ontario One Call Ltd. is a corporation currently operating i n Ontario. Ontario One Call Ltd. provides information to excava- tors and homeowners about the location of underground infra- structure. The Act continues the Corporation and requires that the persons or entities specified in the Act become members o f the Corporation and provide information to it. When a membe r of the Corporation receives in formation about a proposed exca- vation or dig, the member is required to mark the location of its underground infrastructure that is in the vicinity of the excava- tion or dig site, or indicate that its underground infrastructure will not be affected by the excavation or dig. The Act creates offences for failure to comply with the Act or regulations made under it. La société Ontario One Call Ltd., qui exerce actuellement ses activités en Ontario, donne des renseignements aux entreprises d’excavation et aux propriétaires de maison au sujet de l’emplacement des infrastructures souterraines. La Loi proroge la Société et exige que les personnes ou les entités qui y son t précisées deviennent membres de la Société et lui communi- quent des renseignements. The Bill requires that every school board establ ish and maintain an asthma policy, which must include, among other things, stra t- egies to reduce risk of exposure to asthma triggers, a commun i- cation plan for the dissemination of information on asthma, re g- ular training on recognizing asthma symptoms and ma naging asthma exacerbations, a requirement that every school principal develop an individual plan for each pupil who has asthma and a requirement that every school principal maintain a file for each pupil with asthma.
