The plan would, among other things, de- velop and maintain strategies to reduce the risk of exposure that could result in anaphylactic s hock at the school, communicate information about life-threatening allergies, arrange for training, develop emergency procedure plans for each anaphylactic stu- dent and maintain current info rmation on file. With consent, school staff could administer or supervise the administration o f medication that is required to be taken during the school day. In the event of an emergency involving an anaphylactic student, school staff would be permitted to administer medication with- out consent. No action for da mages resulting from administer- ing medication would be permitte d unless the damages were the result of gross negligence. Le projet de loi exige que chaque directeur d’école mette en place un plan anaphylactique pour l’école. Ce plan a notamment pour but d’élaborer et de mainte nir des stratégies visant à ré- duire les risques d’exposition pouvant donner lieu à un choc anaphylactique à l’école, de communiquer des renseignements sur les allergies constituant un danger de mort, de préparer des séances de formation, d’élaborer des plans de procédure d’urgence pour chaque élève anaphylactique et de tenir à jou r les renseignements figurant dans les dossiers. Avec le consen- tement des intéressés, le personnel de l’école peut administre r ou surveiller l’administration de médicaments devant être pris pendant le jour de classe. Dans le cas d’Bill 19, 37-4—

I f a carrying rack, such as a bicycle rack, is mounted on the rear of a motor vehicle in accordance with the regulations made under the Act, a person may drive the vehicle on a highway even if the rack obscures the number plate for the vehicle that is required to be attached to the rear of the vehicle. Le projet de loi modifie le Code de la route. Si un support de transport, tel un support à bicyclettes, est monté sur l’arrière d’un véhicule automobile conformément aux règlements pris en vertu du Code, une personne peut conduire le véhicule sur une voie publique même si le support cache la plaque d’immatriculation du véhicule qui doit être fixée à l’arrière de celui-ci.
