Bids must conform to the rules and procedures applicable to the pu r- chase process. In addition, at least 60% of the portion of the bid price relating to materials, overhead, labour and profit must be on account of materials, overhead, labour and profit originating in Canada. Certain pro duction steps must also be performed in Canada. Le projet de loi exige des municipalités qui reçoivent de la Pr o- vince de l’Ontario une aide financière pour l’achat de véhicules de transport en commun qu’elles ne considèrent que les soumi s- sions qui satisfo nt à certaines conditions. Les soumissions do i- vent être conformes aux règles et aux modalités applicables au processus d’achat. Par ailleurs, au moins 60 % de la fraction du prix offert se rapportant aux matériaux, aux frais généraux, à la main-d’oeuvre et aux profits doit viser des matériaux, des frais généraux, de la main -d’oeuvre et des profits d’origine can a- dienne. The rate of speed is reduced to 30 kilometres per hour in the case of two lane high- ways and is reduced by 10 kilometres per hour in the case o f highways with more than two lanes.
