La Loi de 2009 sur l’examen des dépenses dans le secteur pu- blic a pour objet de permettre au commissaire à l’intégrité d’examiner les demandes de re mboursement de dépenses pré- sentées par certaines personnes qui sont employées dans les entités publiques ou qui y sont nommées. Any entity in the public service of Ontario or in Ontario’s broader public sector may be pres cribed in the regulations as a public entity that is subject to the Act. An expenses officer will be prescribed for each public en tity (separate expenses officers may be prescribed for employee s and appointees). This indi- vidual is required to submit the expense claims of certain per- sons designated in the regulati ons to the Commissioner for re- view.
