Sellers are also required to clearly indicate that information on motor vehicles that are delivered to purchasers. It is an offence to contravene the requirements. Le projet de loi exige que les publicitaires ainsi que les person- nes ou les organismes qui vendent ou mettent en vente des véhi- cules automobiles en Ontario in diquent clairement dans la pu- blicité et les contrats de vent e le pays où les véhicules et les pièces qui les composent ont été produits ainsi que la proportion que chacune de ces pièces représente par rapport à l’ensemble de ceux-ci. De plus, les vendeurs sont tenus d’indiquer claire- ment ces renseignements sur le s véhicules automobiles qu’ils livrent aux acheteurs. Toute contravention aux exigences consti- tue une infraction. Those three terms are defined in the Bill. Le projet de loi ré glemente la cession des pistolets de dé part convertibles, des armes à feu neutralisées et des fausses armes à feu. Ces trois termes sont définis dans le projet de loi. The sale, purchase, transfer or recei pt of a convertible starter pistol is made an offence. A person authorized to seize a con- vertible starter pistol under section 158 of the Provincial Of- fences Act is also authorized to seize an y other such pistols in the possession of the seller or transferor for the purpose of sale or transfer. On conviction, the maximum fine is $50,000. In addition, the court is re quired to order the forfeiture of an y convertible starter pistols seized in connection with the of- fence. Compen- sation of an employee includes not only remuneration, but also all benefits, perquisites and paym ents provided to the employee. If an employee did not hold the same position of employment i n the public sector at the beginning of the year in which increases in annual compensation are limited, the most comparable posi- tion to the employee’s position is used for the purposes of apply- ing the limit.
