For example, the requirement in the existing provision that an alteration must have been com- menced after May 15, 1984 is removed, as is the requiremen t that the elderly or disabled person currently be residing in the premises. CROWN FOREST SUSTAINABILITY ACT, 1994 LOI DE 1994 SUR LA DURABILITÉ DES FORÊTS DE LA COURONNE An amendment to section 54 of the Crown Forest Sustain- ability Act, 1994 removes the requirement that a person have a sufficient supply of forest resources before the Minister of Natu- ral Resources is permitted to issue a forest resource processing facility licence to the person. Une modification apportée à l’article 54 de la Loi de 1994 sur la durabilité des forêts de la Couronne supprime l’obliga- tion qu’a une personne de dis poser d’un approvisionnement suffisant en ressources forestières avant que le ministre des Ri- chesses naturelles soit autorisé à lui délivrer un permis d’instal- lation de transformation de ressources forestières. INCOME TAX ACT LOI DE L’IMPÔT SUR LE REVENU The Income Tax Act is amended to impose a tax called the Ontario Health Premium. The new section 2.2 imposes the tax and the new section 3.1 governs how it is calculated. Conse- quential amendments are made to other sections of the Act. The rate of speed is reduced to 30 kilometres per hour in the case of two-lane high- ways and is reduced by 10 kilometres per hour in the case o f highways with more than two lanes. Stalking offences are offences under section 264 of the Criminal Code (Canada) (criminal harrassment), subsection 35 (2) of the Chil- dren’s Law Reform Act and subsection 46 (2) of the Family Law Act (contravening restraining orders).
